Time to eat

A few days ago we cut our plants.  After lunch we had  cream cheese with our plants dill, thai basil and all those other ones. 

Eating!

We have cut the herbs and even tried a few:  Basil and Dill.

We have also had to had water daily since last week.

We have Spouts!

We removed the domes on dill, Thai basil, cilantro, Genovese basil.
Our sprouts are measuring 1.5 inches, 1 inch, 1 inch and 1 inch.

Can't wait to see what happens next!

The Day We Planted

Hello!

The first thing we did was plug in our garden and start.
All the lights came on and then the screen asked us if we wanted to start a new garden and we did!
We took turns pouring distilled water until we hit the water line.
We then put our herb pods into the growing deck with a grow dome on top.
Lastly we added 2 capfuls of nutrients.

Spring Update!

Our original lettuce plantings, did not do so well being transported back and forth for school vacations.
We had one more pod that we used and that is doing very well!
We will be eating some very soon!
